GUARANTEE Because we have access to the largest fleet of motor yachts in Dubai we are able to reassure you that in the unlikely event of a mechanical or technical problem with the yacht, we will offer you a replacement yacht from the same category or above.

TRANAPARENT PRICING POLICY Unlike other local charter companies, we publish our rates on our website, as we believe that relationships with clients should be based on openness and trust. We offer seasonal and repeat client discounts which will be highlighted in our proposal to you.
 

EVENT CO-ORDINATOR We want your event to be seamless, so for larger groups who have also booked extra services such as catering, entertainment and water sports, we place a yacht charter co-ordinator onboard at no extra cost.
 

REPEAT CLIENTS We know that our service is the best in the market and this is confirmed by the number of repeat bookings from both corporate and private clients. We are happy to reward our repeat clients with a 5% discount on future charters.
 

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY We work on the principle that it is the social responsibility of business owners to give something back to the community, and on this basis we support the DOSC Sailability initiative in Dubai offering a contribution for every booking made through our company. Sailability provides a platform for disabled youngsters to get out on the water in small specially adapted sailing boats, helping to boost their confidence and extend their life experience. We also give our clients the opportunity to match our contribution to Sailability when they book with us.

PAPERLESS OFFICE Throughout the world's culture is a growing trend to "go green"; that is, to adopt Earth-friendly behaviours, policies, and technologies in order to avoid disastrous eco-consequences in the future. Running a paperless office where proposals, invoicing and receipts are both issued and stored online is a small contribution towards protecting our forests for the benefit of future generations. We like to think that every little helps!
