Langkawi, with its hundred or so islands, is a year round destination where you can drop anchor off pristine beaches which are only accessible by boat or explore lush tropical rain forests filled with abundant wildlife. The peaceful charm of the islands also encompasses world class resorts where you can sample Malay cuisine – an exotic combination of Thai, Indonesian and Indian - allowing you to enjoy your time ashore as much as the relaxed lifestyle onboard.
There are several good marinas on the islands which offer charter yachts the flexibility and convenience of a berth for the night or opt for a secluded anchorage where dreams are created against the myriad colours of a tropical sunset. Romantic and welcoming, Langkawi is a natural haven for anyone who wants a vacation away from the crowds.

During the north-east monsoon from November to April Langkawi is consistently sunny and dry with calm seas and winds between 10 to 15 knots.
